Aleci is a Registered Dietitian with a Master’s degree in Nutritional Science from Arizona State University. Although early in his career, Alec has already established himself in the field of behavioral health and clinical nutrition. He conducts comprehensive nutrition assessments and develops individualized medical nutrition therapy (MNT) plans for high-acuity patients with severe mental illness, eating disorders, and co-occurring medical conditions. His work includes counseling, therapeutic interventions, and management of enteral and parenteral nutrition support in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

In addition to direct patient care, Alec contributes to recovery-focused care through staff and patient education, menu planning, and quality improvement initiatives. He is skilled in maintaining detailed documentation in EPIC and is actively involved in advancing program development in behavioral health nutrition. Alec’s passion lies in using evidence-based nutrition strategies to support both physical and mental health, empowering patients to improve their quality of life.
