Subscribe, Save, and Stay on Track

First, log in to your WOWMD account. After logging in, select Manage Subscriptions. Then choose the active subscription you want to review and click View Details. This opens your subscription dashboard, where you can review your next order, plan, product, shipping, billing, scheduled, and past orders. To change status, use Pause Subscription to temporarily stop deliveries, Skip Order for the next shipment, or Cancel Subscription to stop future recurring deliveries. Make updates at least 2 business days before billing.

From View Details, you can manage your WOWMD subscription in one place without starting a new order. Use Order Now when you need the next shipment sooner, Skip Order when you have enough product, or Delay to move delivery to a later date. You can also edit your shipping address, update payment details, review scheduled and past orders, add eligible products, or contact WOWMD support for help before your next billing date.

Yes. After logging in, go to Manage Subscriptions, choose the active subscription, and click View Details. Select Skip Order if you do not want the next scheduled order to process. Make sure to complete this at least 2 business days before your next billing date.

Yes. You can pause your subscription from your account dashboard. Log in, go to Manage Subscriptions, open View Details, and select Pause Subscription. Pausing is helpful when you want to take a temporary break without canceling your subscription completely.

Yes, where available, you can use the Order Now button in your subscription dashboard. Log in to your account, select Manage Subscriptions, click View Details, and choose Order Now to process your next order earlier.

You can cancel your subscription anytime. Log in to your WOWMD account, select Manage Subscriptions, choose the active subscription, click View Details, and then select Cancel Subscription. You may also request cancellation by creating a support ticket, emailing contact@wowmd.com with your order number, or calling +1 (800) 986-9321 for urgent matters.

To avoid being charged for the next cycle, please submit cancellation requests at least 2 business days before your next scheduled billing date.

Yes. WOWMD sends a reminder email 3 days before each recurring charge. The email includes details such as the amount, billing date, and a cancellation link, so you can review your upcoming order before it processes.

Your first charge occurs when you place your initial subscription order. After that, your selected payment method is charged automatically based on the billing cycle you selected at checkout. Your charge amount, frequency, and next billing date are shown during checkout and in your order confirmation email.

Yes. Log in to your WOWMD account, go to Manage Subscriptions, select View Details, and edit your shipping address before your next order processes. Please keep your address current, as subscription orders are shipped to the address on file at the time of processing.

Yes. You can update your payment details from your subscription account dashboard. Log in, open Manage Subscriptions, select the subscription, click View Details, and update your payment information. Please keep your payment method current to avoid failed payment attempts or subscription delays.

If a subscription payment fails, WOWMD may retry the charge and notify you by email. If payment cannot be collected after retries, your subscription may be suspended until your payment details are updated.

If your subscription order has already been processed, it may not be possible to cancel that shipment. However, eligible orders may be handled according to WOWMD’s standard refund policy. For help, contact WOWMD through the support ticket system or email contact@wowmd.com.
