Subscription Terms & Conditions

Agreement to Subscription Terms

By placing a subscription order on www.wowmd.com, you ("Customer") agree to these Subscription Terms & Conditions. You authorize WOWMD LLC to charge your payment method on a recurring basis as described below until you cancel.

How Our Subscription Works

When you purchase a subscription product, you agree to receive recurring shipments of your selected product(s) at the frequency chosen at checkout (e.g., every 30 days, every 60 days).

  • Your first charge occurs at the time of your initial order
  • Subsequent charges occur automatically on your billing cycle date
  • The exact charge amount, frequency, and next billing date are displayed at checkout and in your order confirmation email

Recurring Billing Authorization

By completing a subscription purchase, you expressly authorize WOWMD LLC to:

  • Charge your credit/debit card or other payment method the subscription amount at the agreed frequency
  • Continue charging until you cancel your subscription in accordance with Section 5
  • Update your payment details if provided by your card issuer through account updater services

You will receive a reminder email 3-5 days before each recurring charge with the amount, billing date, and a direct cancellation link.

Pricing & Changes

  • Subscription prices are displayed at checkout and in your confirmation email
  • WOWMD LLC reserves the right to modify pricing at any time, and customers will be charged based on the updated pricing accordingly.
  • Continued subscription after notice of a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price

How to Cancel

Cancel anytime — no questions asked. It’s your subscription, completely in your control:

  • Online: Log in to your account at www.wowmd.com and navigate to "Manage Subscriptions" to cancel
  • Submit a Ticket: Create a support ticket using our support under “Help” menu of footer of our website with your order number (recommended — ensures a written record for both parties)
  • Email: Send a cancellation request to contact@wowmd.com with your order number
  • Phone: +1 (800) 986-9321 (for urgent matters only)

Cancellation Deadline: To avoid being charged for your next cycle, cancellations must be done at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date by customer.

No Cancellation, Return, or Refund After Processing:

Once a recurring payment has been processed and the order has entered fulfillment, no cancellations, returns, or refunds are permitted. Because credit card processing fees, merchant charges, and warehouse fulfillment costs are incurred immediately upon billing, processed orders cannot be stopped, recalled, modified, or returned.

Any cancellation request submitted after the 24-hour deadline will apply only to subsequent billing cycles and will not affect the currently processing order.

Skipping or Pausing a Subscription

You may skip or pause an upcoming shipment by logging into your account and managing your subscription at least 2 business days before your next billing date.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, WOWMD LLC will:

  • Retry the charge up to 3 times over 7 days
  • Notify you by email of the failed payment
  • Suspend your subscription if payment cannot be collected after retries

You are responsible for keeping your payment information up to date in your account.

Delivery

Subscription orders are shipped to the address on file at the time of processing. You are responsible for ensuring your shipping address is current. WOWMD LLC is not responsible for orders delivered to an outdated address.

Disputes & Chargebacks

By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge that:

  • Subscription charges are authorized recurring transactions
  • You will contact WOWMD LLC before initiating a chargeback with your bank, by submitting a ticket or emailing contact@wowmd.com — this ensures both parties have a documented record
  • WOWMD LLC maintains records of all subscription agreements, charges, delivery confirmations, and communications, which will be submitted as evidence in any dispute
