Susan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from East Carolina University, where she also completed her Dietetics Internship.

With over 20 years of experience as a registered dietitian, Susan specializes in weight loss, autoimmune disease, women’s health, pre-diabetes, and functional nutrition. She has worked with clients managing a wide range of health conditions, including heart disease, obesity, hypertension, healthy aging, and autoimmune conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis.
