Please keep in mind that supplements work differently for everyone, and results may vary based on lifestyle, body type, and how your body responds. Be patient, consistent, and always consult your healthcare provider for personalized advice. We offer heavy discounts on multiple products/Bundles.
Our Easy Return & Refund Process
We understand that even the best wellness products may not work for everyone. That’s why we’ve simplified the return and refund process to make it as hassle-free as possible for you.
- Try It Out: Give the product 30 days to work its magic! Results can vary, so stay consistent and seek advice from your healthcare professional.
- Need a Refund? If you’re not completely satisfied after 30 days, you can return the product for a full refund (excluding shipping and any discounts). To create a return request, log in to your account, select the product, and click "Request Return." You will receive a confirmation email. Please check all email folders, including spam or promotions, to avoid delays. Follow the instructions in the email, which are also outlined below. A 20% restocking and handling fee will apply to all returns.
Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are available only for your first single bottle purchases. Orders of more than one bottle are not eligible for refunds.
- To request a refund, the product must be returned in its original packaging.
How to Return your order?

Log in using the email ID used for purchasing the product, and a verification code will be sent to your email for authentication.

Once you have entered the verification code. You will be redirected to the user dashboard from where you can manage all orders

Click Return
In the dashboard - You can Just click on Return Request and your return request will be processed.

Receive Confirmation
We will send you a confirmation email with clear, step-by-step instructions for your return request. Be aware that this email may occasionally be filtered into your spam or promotions folder. It is your responsibility to thoroughly check all folders for the return approval email. Failure to locate and follow the instructions in this email may result in delays or issues with your return process.
Complete the Form
Upon receiving the confirmation email.
Send the package via certified mail within 10 days of receiving your return confirmation email to the address provided below.

Once you have shipped the product to us, you must immediately complete the form (ticket) with your valid tracking number and USPS/UPS receipt, along with clear product images sealed/unsealed before and after packaging. These details are mandatory for us to process your refund. If not provided, we will be unable to move forward with the refund. This is a necessary step to ensure a smooth and verified return process. We will respond via the same ticket once the refund has been processed. Prompt action on your part is essential to ensure a swift resolution.

Quality Check
Upon receipt, the product will undergo a quality check to ensure it meets return criteria. This takes 3-5 business days.
Receive Your Refund
- After the quality check, your refund will be processed.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account (may vary depending on your bank or payment processor). A restocking fee will be applied to all returned orders based on their condition, as outlined below.
Important Notes About Returns and Refunds
- Refunds Only for the First Single Bottle Purchases: Refunds are available only for single bottle purchases made on our official website. If you purchase multiple bottles, you will not be eligible for a refund, even if the other bottles are unused.
- Returned Items: Products must be returned in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Return Timeline:
- Return requests must be made within 45 days of delivery.
- Returns must be shipped back within 10 days of creating a return request.
- Return shipment information must be shared with us by creating a ticket within 10 days of creating a return request.

Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- WOWMD does not provide return shipping labels or RMA/RA/RGA numbers.
- Handling and Restocking Fees: All refunds are subject to a 20% handling and restocking fee, which will be deducted from the total order value.
- Delivery Issue: If the product is not delivered, refused by the customer, or if there is a delivery delay caused by the shipping provider (USPS, UPS, DLF, etc.), a refund will only be issued after deducting the 12% restocking fee of order amount once the product is returned to us.
- Customs and Delivery Fees: Customers are responsible for any shipping, customs, import, or any other charges imposed by the import/export department or local authorities of their country. WOWMD is not responsible for any issues or charges related to international shipping or customs fees.
- Quality Check: The returned product must pass a quality check to be eligible for a refund.

- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after the quality check.
- It may take 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
Non-Refundable Orders
- Multiple Bottle Purchases: Orders of more than one bottle are not eligible for refunds.
- Promotional and Seasonal Offers: No returns or refunds are allowed during special promotional or seasonal sales (e.g., New Year, Valentine's Day, Halloween, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, etc).
- Bundled Products: Products sold in bundles are non-returnable unless unopened and in the original packaging.
- Subscribed Products: Products ordered with subscription are not eligible for return/refund.
- Medical Conditions: No returns or refunds are allowed. If you find at any stage that a product or ingredient causes an allergic reaction, or if your healthcare advisor recommends against taking it for any reason, and you wish to return a multiple product or bundle order, it is the customer's responsibility to review the ingredients and consult with your healthcare advisor before placing the order.
- Same address: Products ordered with a different email address but the same shipping address are not eligible for return or refund.
Cancellations and Restocking Fees
- Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled within 30 minutes of placement before processing begins. A 5% cancellation fee applies if the order has not been processed. A 12% cancellation fee applies if the order has been processed (refund will be issued once the product is returned).
- Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will be applied to any returned product, based on the total order value.
