She works collaboratively with clients to build sustainable habits, improve confidence around food, and create a healthier relationship with nutrition.
With a foundation in nutrition science and clinical dietetics, Kayla brings a compassionate and practical approach to nutrition care. She is passionate about helping women better understand their bodies, navigate changing nutritional needs, and feel empowered to make informed decisions about their health.
Outside of nutrition, Kayla enjoys spending time outdoors, hiking, running, and staying active. She is passionate about continuing her education in women’s health and expanding her knowledge so she can provide thoughtful, evidence-based nutrition support throughout every stage of a woman’s life.
